When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, enquiry type and message, together with the selected work details if applicable.
That information is used solely to respond to the enquiry. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, our form delivery provider, and may be processed on servers outside Japan. Other than service providers entrusted with handling the information, it is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand page views, traffic sources and enquiry interactions and improve the website. Analytics may use cookies and send usage data to Google, including servers outside Japan. We do not intentionally send your name, email address or enquiry message to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. You can accept, decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from browsing or sending an enquiry. Language and consent preferences are stored in your browser.
